We are a like minded group of 'Young at Heart’ dippers and swimmers. We make the most of living within the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park and enjoy finding remote but safe places to swim and dip.

We dip all year round but have also started to have a go at longer open water swimming events.

Between us we have considerable mountain safety, wild water and first aid experience which is handy as the weather and water conditions always require sensible decision making!

Our background has helped us to maximise the wonderful opportunities Greenland offered on our 2023 trip and we though we would start this site to tell you all about our activities.
